We do our best to ship every order out within one business day of receiving it. Unfortunately, there are times when unforeseen problems occur, such as terrible weather or unexpected stock issues, and a delay is inevitable. Do not fret, we have not forgotten you! Please be patient and your order will ship soon, at which time you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Beyond our 7-day return period, Escura Camera also provides a limited warranty to ensure that our products are free of defects.
All Escura cameras and accessories have a warranty of one years (with proof of purchase) against manufacturer defects. These warranties do not cover accidental damage or loss, and are not valid if purchased from an unauthorized reseller. All film-roll items do not entitled to the warranty.
If you experience an issue with a camera that is still under warranty, please contact info@escura-camera.com for a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for all handling and shipping costs of the return.
